手柄消毒保养流程（二）

二：消毒灭菌

蒸汽消毒 —— 重力消毒，包裹状态下摄氏121~123度(华氏250~254度)蒸汽消毒40分钟后，至少真空干燥8分钟。

蒸汽消毒——预真空消毒，包裹状态下摄氏123~135度(华氏250~254度)蒸汽消毒6分钟后，至少真空干燥8分钟。

快速高压消毒——AORN推荐非包裹状态下的快速消毒，在重力置换状态，温度为摄氏132~135度(华氏270~272度)至少消毒10分钟。或在预真空状态中，温度为摄氏132~135度(华氏270~272度)至少消毒4分钟。美敦力施美德建议至少8分钟蒸汽干燥。

注意： 不进行真空干燥可能造成手柄过早磨损.

Sterrad消毒——推荐的Sterrad消毒方法是扩散消毒50分钟后，进行15分钟等离子消毒

不论选用何种消毒方法，存储前必须进行快速而彻底的干燥，以防止马达及轴承内留下沉淀物，引起腐蚀。

注意事项：一、手柄不能浸泡消毒，二、手柄清洗后到送去消毒灭菌时间间隔不超24小时。

注意事项：手柄禁止化学式浸泡消毒与清洗。（手柄是半密封式的，非全密封，浸泡会引起脏物进入，进而手柄轴承生锈卡死或腐蚀）

2： Disinfection and sterilization

Steam disinfection - gravity disinfection, steam disinfection at 121 ~ 123 degrees Celsius (250 ~ 254 degrees Fahrenheit) in the wrapped state for 40 minutes, and vacuum drying for at least 8 minutes.

Sterilize the package in vacuum for at least 6-8 minutes at 250-135 degrees Fahrenheit after steam sterilization.

Rapid high-pressure disinfection - AORN recommends rapid disinfection in the non wrapped state. In the gravity replacement state, the temperature is 132 ~ 135 degrees Celsius (270 ~ 272 degrees Fahrenheit) for at least 10 minutes. Or disinfect for at least 4 minutes at a temperature of 132 ~ 135 ° C (270 ~ 272 ° f) in the pre vacuum state. Medtronic Schmidt recommends steam drying for at least 8 minutes.

Note: failure to vacuum dry may cause premature wear of the handle

Sterlad disinfection - the recommended sterlad disinfection method is diffusion disinfection for 50 minutes and plasma disinfection for 15 minutes

No matter what disinfection method is selected, it must be dried quickly and thoroughly before storage to prevent sediment left in the motor and bearing from causing corrosion.

Precautions: first, the handle shall not be soaked for disinfection. Second, the time interval between the cleaning of the handle and the delivery for disinfection and sterilization shall not exceed 24 hours.

Precautions: chemical immersion disinfection and cleaning of the handle are prohibited. (the handle is semi sealed and not fully sealed. Soaking will cause dirt to enter, and then the handle bearing will rust, jam or corrode)
